Day 30
Weigh in: 217.4
I actually weighed in at 218.6 on Saturday morning, but later that day started coming down with the flu. I abandoned the diet and starting eating normally. It actually felt quite good. Then only real probably was on Monday morning I weighed in at 224 pounds. So I gained 6 pounds in 2 days?!? I guess exercise and watching what you eat is a big deal. I was quite shocked my weight shot up that quickly, I wasn’t happy. I have been very good for the last 3 days, and finally got back down below that 218 level. I am going to see what happens the next few days, but if the weight doesn’t keep coming off, I may start working out twice a day to pick up the pace. I don’t like getting on the scale in the morning and seeing I have gained, or not lost anything.
Oh well, I am calming down now I have seemed to righted the ship, and down at my lowest level so far.
